Shipping, Returns, Damaged or Defective Items
Shipping
- Products will ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at check out. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email and tracking number when your item ships so you can track its progress.
- If you are local and would like to pick up your order in either Columbia or Spring Hill, please designate local pickup when checking out. Any shipping charged will be deducted as a discount and your items will be set aside for pickup in Columbia at Living on 6th (113 E. 6th Street) or dropped off at our Spring Hill pickup location at Sunday Night Dinner (3015 Belshire Village Dr., Suite 118, Spring Hill, TN). We will contact you to confirm your pickup location.
- Shipping within the contiguous United States will be a $9.99 flat fee with free shipping on orders $100 and above (before tax). Additional charges will apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
- We only ship within the United States. We may use any of the major shipping carriers and will select the one that is most economical to keep costs low.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If it turns out that your purchase doesn’t work for you or that you just decide you don’t want it, we will gladly accept its return subject to the following conditions:
- The returned item must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received it.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of damage and have the original tags attached.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible items. Store credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email after your return has been processed.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and making arrangements to ship back to us. Please do not return any items without first contacting us on our Contact Us page.

Damaged or Defective Items
- We will always strive to package your items so they get to you in perfect condition. If your order is received damaged, please immediately contact us through our Contact Us page. Please include your receipt number if available and pictures of the damaged or defective items. For items that appear to have been damaged in transit, please include pictures of the shipping box as well. Once we receive your message, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
